Nature of Services

Vriddhi Homez acts as a real estate marketing and channel partner for various projects. We do not claim ownership of all listed properties unless explicitly stated.
All project-related information (pricing, layout, approvals, amenities, etc.) is subject to change as per the developer/company.

Booking & Payments

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the token amount. The booking amount is valid for a limited period (generally 7 days) unless otherwise specified.
Clients must adhere to the payment plan provided at the time of booking. Failure to complete payments within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation or revision of pricing.

Pricing & Revisions

Property prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any delay in payment may lead to price escalation, and the revised price shall be applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within the specified time period (generally 7 days from booking). The token amount is non-refundable after the allowed period. Any deductions, if applicable, shall be as per company policy or developer terms.

Late Payment Charges

Delay in payments shall attract late charges of ₹1,000 per day or as applicable. Continued non-payment may result in forfeiture of booking/token amount and cancellation of the unit.

Documentation & Registry

All legal documentation, registry, and ownership transfer shall be governed by the developer/seller of the property.
Vriddhi Homez shall not be responsible for delays caused by third parties or government authorities.

User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate personal and payment details. Any misuse of the website or fraudulent activity may result in legal action.
